In this session, the students will learn  to match their action with their expression in different situations. With the help of fun-filled activities, the students also learn  about the reasons behind a person’s expressions.

What to Expect

 

Expect the child to use various techniques of communication to convey their thoughts, feelings and emotions. The child will be able to understand others in a better way.

 

Parental Play & Role 

 

• As parents, allow them to express themselves. Listen to them while they’re speaking. The more they do it with you, they will become confident. If you find a mistake, do not interrupt but wait for the child to complete and then discuss it.
• Ask questions regarding situations that the child faces in day-to- daily life. Tell them to express their feelings in the most creative way efficiently.

According to research, people who are able to express themselves in a better way are more creative, and have better decision skills. Emotional expression also helps to reduce anxiety and depression.
