Parental Play & Role 

Assign doable tasks: Try to assign tasks to the child and let them take full responsibility for that task. Initially, give them easy tasks that the child can do without external support; it boosts the child's morale.

Rebrand failures as learnings: Your child may be afraid of failing and, as a result, may not want to take up a task. By encouraging mistakes and rebranding them as a learning opportunity, you can help your child normalise failures and work towards avoiding them in the future.

Encourage your child: Give the child at least 2 tasks that they should do on a daily basis. Make sure to check with them that they have completed the task.

 Psychological studies about Indian schooling systems observed that it causes a lot of stress among children and based on these studies ,the government is mandated to implement social and emotional learning in school.
