Throughout the session, the student learns about the life skill of organising and maintaining a balance. The lesson also focuses on establishing how categorisation of work and material can help the child be more efficient in solving problems and arriving at solutions.

What to Expect 

Expect your child to be organised and be more enthusiastic about keeping things in order. They will be mindful about their things and will expect the same from you. Practise what you teach- Keep things in their place. Encourage and help the child to maintain an organised way of living. 

 

Parental Play & Role 

 

You can ask your child to decide how they can organise better. Allot a place for their things where they can keep the stuff.

 Keep reminding your child to organise whenever you see some chaos. It might take some time for the children to get used to organising and keeping a check of their room.

Encourage them to keep their surroundings neat and clean. Allocate small responsibilities to them.

Organising is not just a skill but a habit. Once you start organising your room, it will start showing in other spheres of your life as well. Like organising your class notes, maintaining a schedule, and following it throughout the day.
