Summary of the lesson 

The story of Sophia and the big bear using the sensory interaction of Audio and Visuals, very engagingly teaches students about the quality of Kindness and helps everyone around. Students will learn about the art of asking for help in time of need and plan formation. Learning about every time you step in a situation has a plan and course of action.

 

What your child will learn

• The child learns about the quality of Kindness and looking out for people in their life. 
• They also learned about problem solving and looking at situations from a solution oriented perspective.
• They learn about plan formation and ability to ask for help.

How is it going to help your child 

 

It is going to help your child in their emotional well being. The session focuses on the emotional maturation, development of social skills while working on cognitive development by employing skills of memory and observation.

 

Prenatal role & play 

• As a parent you can encourage the skill of Kindness and being polite by acknowledging their actions, everytime they are being nice and polite to others. 
• Everytime you are doing some task, ask your child if you need their help, in order to normalise asking for help, occasionally ask them while they are doing some work, if they need help. 

What to expect 

 

Expect the child to be more polite and look out for others. Expect them to look at situations from a solution oriented perspective and be determined to face situations.
