Summary of the lesson

 In this session, using a story, the student will learn Self esteem- What it means, why it is essential and how they can work on it. They also learn  to introspect and know their fears and strengths better.Once the students can recognize their weaknesses and strengths, they will know how to deal with situations themselves and feel confident about doing so. It boosts their self-esteem and confidence, which is essential for any individual.

To recognize and understand the meaning of self-esteem.

To enhance their self-esteem and give them the confidence to handle matters of difficulty.

To deal with the situation themselves through introspection.

RESPONSIBILITY : Give Your Child some Responsibilities and Chores at home and outside that they can help with, this encourages them to perform well and boost their self-esteem.

CREATE: Let them create artwork, stories and crafts by themselves without your interference. Allow them to know that their choices and opinions matter which boosts their confidence.

MAKE SURE your child’s goals are achievable, reachable and practically possible or they work harder to accomplish them.
